“In one word, Dr Sara is a gem. She is extremely knowledgeable at her field and knows how to make her little patients feel comfortable with her.
She is one of the first Dentist ever who have ever wanted to do extract of my child’s tooth without any IV Sedation first but rather laughing gas.
As it varies from country to country how the treatment is done for the same concern. In my country IV Sedation is rarely practiced so I have had no prior knowledge about this procedure.
Dr Sara took her time to explain us all the steps in this procedure and what kind of dental work is expected moving forward.
I wish I was given more clear idea about the insurance and what it will cover by the office. So that it helps to keep aside the funds which will be out of pocket costs.
But Dr Sara is phenomenal and an amazing Doctor! Thank You. GOD BLESS.”

About Dr. Sarunphorn (Sara) Rasamimari
Dr. Sarunphorn Rasamimari “Dr. Sara” grew up in Bangkok, Thailand where her passion for pediatric dentistry started with her own childhood dentist. Inspired by seeing how fun and compassionate she was, Dr. Sara knew that this was her calling. Dr. Sara wants to ensure that all of her kids will grow up to love the dentist as much as she does by making sure that each appointment is not only educational for the parents and patients, but also very enjoyable while providing the best of care. Her goal through education is to teach lifelong habits that her patients will be able to take forward into adulthood.
Right after IU, she pursued her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. Upon completion of her doctorate in dental medicine at the top of her class, Dr. Sara was accepted to NYU for her pediatric dental residency. She was so excited for the opportunity to live in the Big Apple! During residency she had opportunities to help kids in Manhattan, Upstate New York, and abroad in Ecuador. Her passion in prevention and minimally invasive dentistry was recognized when she was published in the prestigious Journal of American Dental Association on the use of Silver Diamine Fluoride.
When Dr. Sara is out of the office, she enjoys yoga and running outside or even taking long walks to different neighborhoods in the city.

Dr. Sara was wonderful with my toddler. She is patient, takes time to answer all of my questions, and was very gentle with my child. She made my toddler as comfortable as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone who kids.

Awesome as always! Dr. Sarah is always professional, caring, & detailed. She actively reminds my teenager and preteen to brush and floss better. Always reminding them to take care of their teeth, gums, and oral hygiene to avoid cavities, gingivitis, and other dental issues that gets costly. She is a wonderful pediatric dentist and my girls will continue seeing her until they age out.

Dr. Sara is gentle, knowledgeable & just overall pleasant to deal with, efficient and thorough fully explaining to my daughter how to brush and floss her teeth. She made an unpleasant visit as pleasant as could be. My daughter was very comfortable with her and enjoyed the experience. Excellent on all counts and highly recommended!
