I’m generally timid when at a dentist’s office, but staff was very welcoming and reassuring. Everyone was friendly and spoke very clearly about the do’s and dont’s post procedure. The procedure was quick and painless. I very much appreciated the services rendered. :)

Dr. Sayamol Bo Voraragsa, or "Dr. Bo" as referred to fondly by her patients, is a board-certified general dentist, who graduated from the renowned New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Voraragsa is currently a part-time faculty member at NYU College of Dentistry, where clinicians who were at the top of their classes are invited to teach students the core curriculum of general dentistry in both pre-clinical and clinical settings. Prior to establishing Smiling Village Dentistry, Dr. Voraragsa completed her residency at Montefiore Medical Center and continued practicing in several dental clinics as an associate, where she rapidly developed a reputation as a skilled and caring doctor.
Dr. Voraragsa specializes in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, bondings, teeth whitening, implant restoration and pain management. Dr. Voraragsa established Smiling Village Dentistry in August 2012 to provide her patients with the highest quality of care in a relaxed, caring, friendly, and professional atmosphere. She understands that each patient is different, and prides herself in spending time with each of her patients to ensure that they are well informed and comfortable with their treatment plan. When Dr. Voraragsa is not practicing her passion of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She routinely gives back to the community by taking part in organizational outreach events such as the Annual Thai Health Fair.
Also, every year for one week during the month of January, Dr. Voraragsa travels to Jamaica with the Health Care International Group and other health care professionals, who volunteer their time to provide basic dental care to the local communities.

The doctor is kind and thorough so I was satisfied with her treatment. But the office has long wait times of 30-60min even with an appointment, so I'm not sure I would recommend it to anyone who has to go to the dentist often or has a busy schedule.

Worst experience over a two and half hour wait. They try to sell u everything under the sun from Invisalign to deep gum cleaning. Over crowded long wait disorganized and office is run like an assembly line. Stay away from this place unless you want to waste your valuable time. and pay out of pocket for unnecessary procedures.

1. Provider very nice and professional try to explain and how can I treat and how to protect and maintain on my daily life because I got referral to visit specialist.
2. Technicians and assistant very attentive, friendly and cleanliness for this location.
3. admin or receptionist who cooperated to Billings with your insurance plan and payment.
Since I mentioned to her that my plan stated on the policy have deductibles after that my plan will start to pay on my policy. Finally at the end I got overcharged price and a couple day I got a mail from insurance company sent an EOB/COB to provide and explain what insurance plan cover, what is allowance and what is exactly what customer pay for it since overcharge payment can I asked for reimbursement. They should pay attention and listen carefully From customer must be a good listeners.

I really really want to give this place a full 5-stars. They're local to my neighborhood and everyone was sooo cordial and friendly -- from the desk attendant, to the nurses, to the doctor. The doctor was very knowledgable and answered all my questions fully. Honestly made me feel so comfortable. But for some reason they were really backed up the day I went and I ended up waiting a little over an hour :( I'm not sure what happened, but it made me pretty impatient that I had a prior appointment and yet there was still such a long wait :'(
However, I did have a really good experience with their bedside manner, so I still plan on going back and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully the wait time isn't a recurring issue!

They accept my insurance they mail me that everything was in order travel 40 minutes to get there and they tell me my insurance is out of coverage. Wasted a day of work to get attend which didn’t happen. Very upset they could off call me or send a message before I got there.
