Dr. Scott A. Emalfarb, D.D.S., graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1989 from Loyola University School of Dentistry. After working at other dental practices, Dr. Emalfarb purchased Lake View Dental Associates in 1994 and has been working here since. He is affiliated with many dental organizations such as the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and American Equilibration Society. Dr. Emalfarb is also certified in Invisalign and soft tissue laser therapy.
Dr. Emalfarb was born in Chicago, IL, he grew up in Skokie, and currently resides in Lincolnwood. Having lived in the Chicagoland area his whole life, Dr. Emalfarb is a big Chicago sports fan. He also enjoys winter sports, fishing, running, watching movies, and eating. When asked about dentistry, Dr. Emalfarb states that it is an ideal profession for him. He enjoys meeting and getting to know his patients. Dr. Emalfarb aspires to help patients take care of their immediate and long term dental needs. Professional yet warm dentist. Staff is very pleasant and was concerned over my comfort. Very up to date office with the latest equipment. Everything was explained and the dentist will present me with a care plan on my next visit. He showed concern about my issues and explained everything quite well. I was seen within a few minutes of my arrival. Fees were as previously described.

I love getting my teeth cleaned here. Jen is so sweet and does a great job cleaning my teeth. the cleanings and fillings are done with care and they are very gental! I tell everyone to go to lakeview dental.

My last visit @ Lakeview Dental Associates was great! Dr. Emalfarb fixed an old filling that had cracked, now it's good as new! I really trust the doctor and his staff to do the right thing @ a fair price.
