About Dr. Sepideh Shaffer
Dr. Sepideh Shaffer received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine receiving awards for leadership, outreach, and academic excellence.
Dr. Shaffer continued her dental training as a general practice resident at Stony Brook University Hospital and was selected as Chief Resident. In this subsequent year of training, Dr. Shaffer focused on complex prosthodontic cases including full-mouth implant dentistry. Dr. Shaffer currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor at the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in the Department of General Dentistry
She is experienced in all aspects of dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, & the Suffolk County Dental Association. She has also volunteered providing care to under served communities in Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Dakota.
