My recent visit was for a regular cleaning. I thought Dr. K and the staff were very professional and thorough. Her and the dental hygienist made sure I was comfortable and educated on what was to be expected and next steps moving forward. She made sure she provided full transparency during the visit.

I have never had a dentist, or even a dentist's office, that I have had any desire to return to. I was way overdue on dental care when my hand was forced and I needed to find a dentist to address some serious dental pain. Dr Kaymanesh has helped me address several issues in short order and I am happy to recommend this practice wholeheartedly. The entire staff is unfailingly pleasant and efficient - and the location is very convenient for me. What more could you ask for?

She actually listens to my needs and doesn't just resort to tooth extraction immediately like other dentists. She's also talented, can do fillings and other procedures on complicated tooth surfaces, where other doctors recommended extraction (since they thought filling the cavity would be "too tricky" or time-consuming). She's quick, too.

I got in at 7:50am, finished my paperwork and was seen within 5 minutes (8am on a Thursday). I hadn't been to a dentist in a while and Dr. Kaymanesh and the assistants were all fantastic. I didn't have any major issues, but Dr. K recommended some sealants (which I had had when I was a kid too). They ran the numbers for me to see how much it would be before I had to make a decision, and 6 sealants and 20 minutes later I was out of there! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Kay is very pleasant to work with. She's respectful, has excellent bedside manner and gives me as much time as I need and ensures that she answers my questions to my satisfaction. She is thorough in her assessments and in her responses. I've tried other dentists in the area and although I've moved away from the Arlington area, I'll still always go to her for my cleanings and dental concerns. Her office is easily accesible via metro.

Doctor Kaymanesh is really exceptional. I've visited the office now 5 times, twice for myself and the other times for my children (ages 5 an 11). They are fantastic with kids. Mine actually look forward to coming to the dentists office (it helps that they have a tv in front of every chair).
This week I came in needing cosmetic dental work due to grinding down my teeth at night. I was seen right away (at my appointment time) and was really listened to and offered wise guidance. I am very pleased with the time and effort taken to ensure that my teeth are healthy and appealing. The quality of work is great and my teeth look MUCH better. One additional thing I appreciate is that we are never over sold on expensive or unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Kaymanesh was great. She had excellent bedside manner and let me hold a mirror to watch everything she was doing as she explained it all out loud. I had a crack in my tooth and she presented me all of my options, discussed my insurance policy, and gave me a recommendation.

Dr. Kaymamesh explained the procedure in detail beforehand and was very conscientious regarding my pain/comfort level.
I also appreciated that several options for treatment were offered and staff was able to provide a financial breakdown for each procedure.

Confession time: I'm deathly afraid of going to the dentist (bad childhood experiences), but it is a necessary evil. My interactions with everyone at Dr. Kay's office was absolutely amazing! From the reception at the front (who helped me find the place) to the two assistants, it was perfect! I felt like I was at home talking to friends and watching tv while I got my teeth worked on. Can it get any better? Dr. Kay explained everything that was going on with me while she worked. She did not try to sell me on getting work done that wasn't necessary and she addressed all of my concerns. I have two more appts set up with his office, but as long as I'm in the DMV area I will continue to go here.

I went in as a new patient. I did not have to wait long before the Dr. saw me. Her and her staff are all very professional and friendly. She was quick in doing the cleaning and did not try to "sell" me other services I didn't need. In fact, she recommended a trial treatment before deciding if I need to have other services done! I have never had a dentist do that! I always get the dentist that tells me 20 million things that are wrong with my teeth, but she didn't give me the scare tactic. She was just honest in what my needs were and what the options were and I really appreciated that. She also quickly told me if she was unable to do something and gave a referral rather than waste my time or money performing a service she cannot do. Very nice, quiet and clean office too!

Wonderful staff and excellent care - a great office team. Dr. Kaymanesh spent extended time with me examining and cleaning. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She was very considerate of sensitivities and clearly stated that my comfort was important and that should I have any discomfort that I only needed to let her know. Simply put, she is the best dentist I have seen in more than 20 years. I highly recommend her!

I brought my three year old son in for his semi annual cleaning. At first, he was very apprehensive with the hygienist but he warmed up once Dr. Kaymanesh starting working with him. She has excellent bedside manner; I would recommend her for children.
