About Dr. Shawn Benso
With Dr. Benso, you can trust you have selected a dentist who places his patients first. He is committed to excellence in dentistry and ensures the patient?s well-being is the focus of the practice.
Dr. Benso earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma and has been involved in dentistry for 25 years, practicing in Arizona for the last 15 years. His ability to see the big picture through comprehensive dentistry allows him to make the best decisions for his patients? oral health needs. He has demonstrated his commitment to professional excellence through continuing education with special interests in implants, orthodontics, and comprehensive dentistry. He is active with the Spear Study Club, which focuses on advanced dental treatment for complex cases.
He currently resides in Glendale with his wife Nicole and two daughters, Mackenzie (11) and Bella (9). In his free time, he enjoys construction projects around the house, driving his ?65 AC Shelby Cobra, working on high-performance cars, and spending time with his family.
