“Everything here is excellent. Dr.Rosenberg and his team are professional, caring humans! They remember not just you, but your family. They provide a clean safe office with love! The dental work I have had done is superior - I was not always as fortunate with other dentists, or their staff. I hope no one needs to go but if you do Dr Rosenberg and team are the people to see.”

“I really like Dr. Rosenberg. He's a really kind and friendly guy. This is the first time I have had a cleaning without pain. They take the time to do my cleaning by hand with extreme care not to cause me pain. This is the most important thing to me and encourages me to come in regularly for my cleaning. The only thing that could be better is that the office space was undergoing renovation and was pretty messy. Hopefully that improves going forward.”

Dr. Rosenberg was very nice and explained everything along the way. I’d definitely recommend him for a UES dentist.
The visit itself was good but I was in the office over an hour and had to wait a while
I am delighted to have found my new dentist. I am so fussy and he is wonderful

He did an extremely thorough job. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
He and the dental hygienist were kind, funny, and pleasant.

Lied about being in network, then charged outrageous fees for services not performed. I reached out to try to resolve, and no answer. Avoid. There are so many other places you can go who wouldn't treat people like this.
Similar to the latest review - Only worse. I booked my appointment on Zocdoc because it said it was in network. I asked if they took my insurance and they said yes. They lied and it was financially harmful to me in a significant way. Ethically, I just can't understand how someone would do that to anyone else.
I cannot begin to describe how frustrated I am with this practice. I visited for a cleaning early this year and had a pleasant experience. I was surprised that the doctor did my entire cleaning, and didn't floss me, but didn't worry about it (though I should have ask why no floss). The entire visit was 20 minutes including lots of breaks for him to chat with the receptionist. Then, they billed my entire annual maximum for the 20 minute cleaning, no x-rays. That is far, far above standard billing amounts for a standard cleaning and exam, to the point where even the insurance company and my new dentist (more on that later) were surprised. The only small thing I'll give them is that they were out of network, though I didn't realize that until after my cleaning. They also didn't tell me, which is common practice as a courtesy to patients. Instead of telling me and giving me the opportunity to cancel, they billed the max they were allowed on my insurance. Once I found this out, I called them and they refused to change their billing. Had the insurance company approved their entire bill, I would not have any coverage left for a second cleaning. They billed the entire max amount, not even including x-rays, purely to get as much money back from the insurance as possible. Because of their money-grabbing business practices, I don't have enough insurance left for a full cleaning and x-rays for the rest of this year. This is horrible behavior and shouldn't be allowed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist was thorough and offered a lot of advice. Dr. Rosenberg spent time explaining everything to me and was very personable.

Every member of staff that I interacted with was very kind. My cleaning was thorough and very needed. The doctor and dental hygienist were very conscious of my dental coverage before scheduling a second appointment.

It was great! Lovely staff who are extremely helpful and accommodating. Dr. Rosenberg is extremely personable and very thorough.
After a bad dentist experience, I found Dr Rosenberg and I'm really happy! He took the time to explain to me what he would do, what my options were and what would be my out of pocket expenses. I never thought that one day I would recommend a dentist, but for everyone like me (very scared of dentists and who doesn't like to see them), I recommend Dr Rosenberg! His team is the best team I've ever met, they are very nice, they treat you with the high consideration, and they will make sure that you have a good experience and leave happy. From now on, I will go back to my dentist without any stress! Thanks Dr Rosenberg!

Everybody in this office was awesome! Elina, the hygienist, was excellent. She was polite, friendly and took the time to explain things. Dr. Rosenberg is the only dentist I have visited that took his time and chatted with me. It was very nice and made me feel like more than just a patient.

I met with another doctor at Dr. Rosenberg's practice for my dental cleaning but everyone in the office was extremely courteous and polite. The doctor who treated me was exceptional, answered all my questions, asked if I had any other concerns, and never rushed me once. She took her time to do the cleaning thoroughly. Dr. Rosenberg came to say hello because I was a new patient and also gave his expert opinion by looking at my dental chart. Overall, very pleased and would love to make them my dentists for long-term! Awesome experience. They are a small office but very well known and respected and you get the best treatment!

My visit at Dr. Rosenberg's office was outstanding. The front desk was very courteous and was able to process my intake as a new patient quickly and efficiently. I received a very thorough cleaning from Elina with minimal discomfort, and enjoyed the inclusion of a mirror in the exam room to enable me to watch the dental work being done. I then received an impressively in-depth exam by Dr. Rosenberg and felt very welcomed by the practice and well-taken care of. Dr. Rosenberg has an excellent bed-side manner and is an excellent clinician, and I am happy to have him as my primary dentist!

Wonderful staff and receptionists! They're a great team, made sure I was comfortable and were accommodating every step of the way.

Wonderful service- Elina (Dental Hygienist) was fabulous + super helpful! The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick.

Great people at the front desk. They were helpful and the wait time was very minimal. Dr. Rosenberg and his assistant were very nice and informative. Big thumbs up for the dental hygienist. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking.

I thought the visit was comprehensive and the staff was very accommodating. I went in for a cleaning so my visit with Dr. Rosenberg was short, but he was very friendly, efficient, and thorough. I will use him as my pcd (primary care dentist). The hygienist was very nice and kept things positive, even though there are some follow up items or my dental care which are less than great.

Simply the best!

Dr. Rosenberg was very nice and spent time talking to me about my teeth and how my lifestyle choices could affect my teeth. no cavities yet :) He spent more time with me that most dentists ever have - he also gave me some cost options for ivisalign retainers. My hygenist was excellent as well
Amazing!

As usual...the entire experience was well managed with my issue promptly addressed. Dr Simon and his staff made my visit very pleasant.

Best dentist in NYC! The office itself is fantastic, with all the staff being incredibly welcoming and friendly. The Doctor and his staff genuinely care about each patient and it is always my pleasure to go visit this office.
Dr. Rosenberg was great. He is really friendly and personable and explained everything as he did it. I like the way he talked about my teeth to me, rather than just do his screening and be on his way. I felt like he took the time to get to know about my dental background and wasn't too quick and cold like some NYC dentists.
