“My visit was great even though I was in pain and somewhat uncomfortable. The doctor made me feel at ease and took special care to make sure that she showed me how to alleviate my TMJ pain later. The hygienist was also amazing and had incredible bedside manner. I opted to get some bonding to fix a small chip and yet another professional handled that with precision and ease. All in all, I couldn’t ask for an easier visit to the dentist.”

“She's an excellent dentist, but I did find her accent difficult. My fault as I grew up in an isolated part of the USA without any non-citizens or new arrivals to expose me to other accents. I was not clear that the first visit would NOT address my aching tooth as I expected and that as off-putting, but they did clean my teeth and take X-rays and do initial evaluation. My toothache was not extreme and i was seen before the pain became constant in nature. It had been aching only for hot and cold exposure, the pain increased to ANY pressure during eating before addressed. I'm giving them time, after all, first experiences can be off-putting. So far, so good.”

To be clear, I hate dentists. I had a bad previous experience many years ago with one that makes me so nervous but I knew I had to go. Dr Kniters team is absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could to keep me calm and get me through this visit unscared. I will absolutely be returning, I found my dentist!

The Dental Assistant has HORRIBLE bedside manner. She was so rude to me and made me extremely uncomfortable. Dr Kniter was nice but I need a lot of dental work done and they completely overwhelmed me with cost and everything instead taking one step at a time. I was there for over 2 hours and by the end I left crying and in a panic attack. I have never had that happen at a dentist before.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kniter for almost two decades. She is an expert of dentistry and really loves what she does. The office has always been very accommodating of after work hours and the quality of work is amazing. They alway take great care of me.

Dr. Kniter and her staff were fantastic and helped me a lot during my last visit to the office. Doctor took plenty of time to explain all the the details of my treatment plan. She seemed to really have my best interest in mind. Ladies at the front desk were super competent and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this dental office.
