About Dr. Soniya More
Dr. Soniya More is an outstanding dentist with a strong family background in dentistry. Her father, uncles, and cousins are all renowned dentists with independent practices, and she grew up watching them practice since she was 5 years old.
Dr. More graduated from the prestigious Savitribai Phule Pune University in India in 2001 and practiced dentistry alongside her father. She subsequently migrated to the USA and received her California dental license in 2007. She has been continuously practicing and improving her skills in the Bay Area since then. With more than a decade of hands-on experience, Dr. More is an expert in all aspects of dentistry, from simple cavity fillings to complicated root canals and extractions.

I made an appointment for root canal and she did a horrible job also she couldn’t finish. She was struggling the whole 2 hours trying to figure out what to do. Asking her assistant what tools to use etc… I felt so helpless laying there. I told her she need to stop and I pretended to reschedule. After I called to get clarification on my bill she then referred me to a specialist! Worst experience ever!!

I'll never come back. When I was treated by Dr. Soniya for the root canal surgery, she broke the needle and till today there's a 5mm metal needle head in my jaw!!! Silly enough, I didn't sue her for this. Complete disaster.

Dr More's office smoothly handled my last-minute appointment, were friendly and efficient, and gave me a thorough explanation of the prices for the upcoming procedures they have planned for me. Dr More was friendly in her explanation of my dental health, while being firm about the situation and what improvements I need to make to my dental hygiene.

I come from a background where we don't usually go for dental checkup and cleaning. Soniya acknowledged that and made me very comfortable. She also provided me with a couple of options with the issue I was facing in my molar tooth. One thing I really liked was she tries her best to first fix the teeth using minimal procedure rather than suggesting sophisticated procedures that teeth might not be required currently. I was happy with the procedure. I did have some sensitivity for some time after filling. But after some days, it was all good.

Dr. Soniya was fantastic! In addition to being thorough, she gave me a detailed explanation of what I was dealing with (a few small cavities) and the processes she could use to address them. I really appreciated her transparency and close attention to detail. She is also super friendly as is her dental hygienist, Marlene :)

I saw Dr. More for a dental cleaning. Cleaning was fast, gentle, and painless. Dr. More (and all staff) have great bedside manner. They are down to earth and make you feel comfortable. They even had me laughing in the dental chair. Highly recommend.

I've visited doctor with a severe tooth pain which required extraction. Dr. More was very gentle and professional with my tooth, so in 20 minutes it was done. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly as usual. I was instructed very thoroughly about post procedure actions and very well supplied with goodies required to prevent bleeding. That was the second extraction with Dr. More and both have left only positive experience.

Soniya herself and the receptionist were very polite people, im a dentist nervous patient and they helped me feel comfortable
The only think I didn't like is the cubicle wasn't very private, could hear drilling from the next cubicle which is not good when your scared and both myself and the Soniya had trouble hearing each other speak, and could also be seen from the reception, I think they should be more private.

I just started going to Doctor Soniya More. This place is quick, friendly and a hi tech, paperless environment which is really cool! No one ever took so many pictures of my teeth and they have all your teeth on a screen right in front of you WOW! she was super thorough and went over everyone of my teeth with me....I was very impressed. She is a decent, caring person, then your dentist. The staff is really personable too. Big thumbs up so far. I would definitely give her a try! Good luck.
