About Dr. Spyridon Condos
Are you worried about whether you will be happy with your new dentist’s work? I am a perfectionist when it comes to cosmetic procedures, including implants, and always ensure the end-result is as lifelike as possible. Adrian Jurim, who invented porcelain laminates over thirty years ago is my lab technician! He has done over 100,000 laminates and is widely regarded as one of the foremost ceramists in the world. When you need crowns, laminates or even a mouthguard or denture, we use the 3Shape/Trios digital impression machine to take images of your teeth and are getting back work that is unprecedented in its’ accuracy and beauty.
We also have an in-office CAT Scan machine which insures absolutely precise implant placement – no surprises!
As a general dentist, I am uniquely positioned to incorporate every field of dentistry in your care, such as orthodontic tooth movement (with invisalign), porcelain laminates, implants and crowns, TMJ therapy (along with fillings, root canals, cleanings, etc.) to make sure you have the absolute best possible care both esthetically and functionally.
I have been teaching post graduate implant dentistry for over 25 years at NYU College of Dentistry. I am one of few dentists in the world who has lectured on topics as diverse as Implants, Cosmetics, TMJ and Restorative Dentistry. I’m also the associate director and clinic chief of NYU’ s prestigious 3 year implant dentistry certificate program. I’ve had more than 35 abstracts and articles published in five languages on a variety of topics and I’m an internationally renowned author and lecturer, practicing in Manhattan for over 30 years.
I graduated from Bronx High School of Science in 1975. I currently live in Manhattan with my daughter.

Dr Condos is an artist. He did bonding for a front upper tooth and it’s perfect matching my other front upper tooth. He’s warm, compassionate and his care, consideration and expertise are admirable.

This surpasses all dentist experiences I have ever had. He truly listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail. The staff is phenomenal. My insurance benefits were explained when I walked in and printed for me. More than that, everyone was making sure I was comfortable during the polishing/cleaning etc.

A friend of long standing recommended Dr. Condos. Since she had been with him many years, this meant much to me. Also, his credentials were impressive relating to implants. I liked that he was a single practitioner with an assistant and a receptionist. I came from an office of several dentists when my dentist of 45 years, a single practitioner, retired. So, I was glad to get back to something more simple. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Condos for close to 30 years. His professionalism, especially in keeping up with the latest dental technology and advances, justs keeps growing, as does his concern for his patients. I have sent friends to him and they all are as delighted with him, and his staff, as I am. I arrived early for today's appointment, so I had to 'wait' 10 minutes before I was ushered into the chair. Very unusual -- the wait.
