“This office and everyone I have spoken to in it have been nothing but helpful, informative and overall very pleasant and easy-going (in a professional way). The dentist and dental assistant inquired about any issues or concerns I had and addressed them tot he best of their knowledge on the spot. There was a concern of whether my insurance would cover the secondary visit in the same year but the staff were extremely helpful in helping me hash something like that out with them. overall, a very nice experience that I hope to have for future visits at this office! Even the secretary was a pleasure to talk about Pokemon with which was a nice little bonus.”

I was skeptical due to some pretty bad experiences at other dentists. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The office was clean, the staff was SO friendly and helpful, the medical equipment was modern, and the doctor was through and informative. Both her and the hygienist were patient and answered all my questions. The hygienist even went as far as to inform me that some insurances don’t cover things like fluoride and was super clear and transparent on what I would be charged/ not charged for. The front office staff also helped me with questions on my insurance. They also gave me a nice gift bag for my first visit! Will be going back!!

It was my first time seeing Dr smith and had a very positive experience. I’m generally nervous about seeing a dentist, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I had fillings done on my 4 teeth, she was very gentle! Will definitely continue to see her in the future!

She explained my treatment plan so thoroughly, really went over the x-rays and broke down her recommendations. She was not judgmental or pushy like I’ve experienced with other dentists. The nurse was also very kind and patient with me. I felt like they treated me like a real person.

Great experience at this dentist. i was seen quickly. Dr. Staci was kind. She listened and provided me with great care. I was able to get a cleaning, and she suggested I correct an old filling and was able to do the filling right away. I will continue to go to Dr. Staci fir my dental needs.

I’m usually super scared of the dentist but this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Smith was so nice and transparent and I’m looking forward to making her office my regular dentist office in NYC. Great location for people in FiDi.
