About Dr. Stephanie Dumanian
Dr. Dumanian received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University. She graduated cum laude from Barnard College. Additionally, she has completed advanced dental training at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida and the Spears Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr Dumanian focuses her practice on aesthetics and function so her patients can maintain a healthy and harmonious smile. She believes in conservative dentistry and favors less invasive techniques to restore tooth structure to its former beauty and strength. This was probably the best dentist experience I've ever had. Stephanie was very helpful in explaining everything step by step. The office was also very transparent about what my insurance would cover/ how much I would owe with different procedures.
I also did _not_ feel any of that typical dentist-visit-guilt (i.e. being told I'm not flossing enough) that I've felt at other dentist offices. So, all in all a very good experience.

Stephanie is wonderful! I have had terrible luck with dentist in the past and have a LOT of anxiety surrounding everything from cleanings to fillings. Stephanie was amazing doing my fillings, she was patient with my anxiety checking in with me to make sure I was ok the entire time, and her hygienist gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. Her office also is super communicative about what insurance would cover and what to expect on that front.

Dr Dumanian was amazing! She is a true expert in TMJ issues as well as being so friendly and easy to talk with. One thing I loved was that she explained everything she was going to do before she did it so I knew what to expect and why we were doing it. Her assistants were also so great and kind. Dr. Dumanian was very nice & professional. However she did not accept my insurance even though Zocdoc listed that she did. Another doctor at the office does accept my insurance, but I chose to go somewhere else for future care. They emailed me my x-rays and were very helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend calling the office and confirming that your insurance is covered first to avoid the hassle.

Stephanie and her colleagues were very thorough in conducting my dental check-up and cleaning. They were also very transparent in explaining potential concerns (in my case, grinding teeth and emerging wisdom teeth) and the next steps (potential procedures as well as pricing).

Dr. Dumanian was amazing! She took me in first thing in the morning for an emergency appointment and I'd never been to her office before. She did a thorough workup and made sure she was providing the best action plan for me. I was also able to get a cleaning by the hygienist who was also super thorough and nice. Fantastic experience. Dr. Dumanian makes an extra effort to get to know her patients (before putting tools in their mouths) and seems to legitimately care about them. Dr Dumanian is the best- she is always willing to fit me in when there's an emergency and from the first appointment I ever had she made me feel extremely comfortable. She's very knowledgable as well as thoughtful in her explanations of what is going on. I would highly recommend her to anyone - especially great for those people who don't love the dentist (you'll feel differently after seeing her!)

Dr. Dumanian has to be the best dentist I've ever seen in my life. This is my first dentist appointment where I'm on my own insurance and I was a little nervous about how to deal with everything (since she needed to send me to a specialist for a root canal...who is also amazing), but she put me at ease and explained everything to me. She's amazing and I will definitely continue to use her as my dentist from now on.

Although I was a bit anxious due to some concerns I had regarding a dental emergency, she put me at ease and explained the treatment I would need thoroughly. Dr. Dumanian is the best dentist I've ever had! I hate drills and really don't enjoy getting dental work done (who does) but since I switched to Dr. Dumanian, I genuinely don't mind going to the dentist!
Dr. Dumanian is not only great at what she does, but she takes the time to get to know her patients and is genuinely helpful and honest. I first found her when I had an unexpected dental emergency and I was impressed with her ability to take the time to walk me through my options and willingness to have complete transparency about how much everything would cost. On top of that, but Dr. Dumanian's office staff is incredibly helpful and nice. I can't recommend her more highly!

Not only is Dr. Dumanian an incredibly skilled Dentist, she also has the sweetest disposition and bedside manner. Her staff is also extremely sweet and accommodating. They really make sure that their patients are happy, and the energy in the office is always positive. The office is pristine, with simple but elevated decor, and the latest & greatest dental equipment... I could have not found a better dentist/dental office!

Dr. Dumanian and her team are absolutely wonderful! I never wait long to be seen, but they take all the time I need with any questions or going over different treatment/service options. I've been able to reschedule easily and Dr. Dumanian went above and beyond to make sure my new retainers were comfortable and is happy to readjust any time I go in to her office. The entire team is also so cheerful and nice, I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist that is centrally located.
