Though the doctor was nice, the cleaning itself was very unpleasant and painful (but fast). The x-ray tech and office staff were very sweet and helpful. I've previously had full oral exams where my doctor checked my lymph nodes, swallowing, and mouth & tongue for lesions. That didn't happen here, though I was certainly charged for a full exam. The doctor also immediately launched into all the dental work he recommended, and wanted to do some of the work immediately when I didn't even have a sense of cost or what would be covered by insurance, nor did he explain the sense of urgency. I didn't leave feeling great.

I went in for a routine cleaning and my mouth was bleeding after I brushed my teeth the next two times because of how rough and messy this dentist was
