About Dr. Stephen Greene

Dr. Greene matriculated to Howard University College of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Immediately following graduation Dr. Greene was recruited to the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where he was a NIH/NIDCR funded Clinical Researcher studying Human Dental Genetics. During his time at the Children’s Hospital of Alabama and UAB, Dr. Greene discovered his passion and calling for Pediatric Dentistry and working with patients with special healthcare needs. Dr. Greene completed a combined PhD in Biomedical Science and Pediatric Dentistry at UAB. Following graduation Dr. Greene and family moved to North Alabama in pursuit of eliminating the shortage of pediatric dental providers in the area. Extremely thankful for the opportunity to serve this community, Dr. Greene and family decided to return home to be closer to family. Dr. Greene is a Board eligible Pediatric Dentist and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association.
