Dr. Trey Walding grew up in Dade City, Florida. He graduated with honors from Pasco High School in 1988 and was a member of the National Honor Society. Dr. Walding then attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1996. After graduation, he returned to Dade City and purchased his first dental practice. He also continued his education by taking one year of business courses at Saint Leo University. In 2003, Dr. Walding relocated to Lakeland, Florida, where he acquired two additional practices. In the late 2000s, Dr. Walding partnered with Dr. Mueller and Dr. Carter to establish Dental Associates of Florida. Dr. Walding lives in Lakeland with his wife, Julie, and their four children: Mila, Chloe, Keaton, and Kaid. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to continuing education, completing more than a thousand hours of courses. He is a Fellow of the Misch International Implant Institute and The International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, Polk County Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, and a founding member of the Spear Study Club in Lakeland. Dr. Walding and his family are active members of First Baptist at the Mall and deeply involved in their community. He is a passionate University of Florida football fan and proud Bull Gator. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing in Anna Maria, running around Lake Hollingsworth, and cooking on his grill.
