About Dr. Steven Miller

Dr. Miller has resided in Wellington with his wife, Ellen, since 1986. Dr. Miller has led a long and distinguished career in dentistry, spanning over 40 years. After being awarded a Health Professional Scholarship from the US Army, Dr. Miller attended the New York University College of Dentistry, graduating in 1979. Dr. Miller served as an Active Duty officer in the U.S. Army from 1979-1985. He was first stationed in Germany and then in Virginia. In 1985 while still on Active Duty, Dr. Miller earned the rank of Major. Later in 1985, he transferred to the U.S. Army Reserves based in Perrine, Florida, where he also served as a commander of the 341st Medical Detachment for three years. On February 15, 1988, he opened his own practice. Dr. Miller has earned many distinctions during his career, and he has been active in many community organizations and professional associations. Additionally, since 1979, Dr. Miller has completed over 2,000 hours of Continuing Education approved by The Academy of General Dentistry. Since the practice of general dentistry is constantly evolving Dr. Miller has always pursued new and better techniques for his patients.
