Most relevant

The office staff were fantastic so things started out fairly well, despite some confusion with the reason I was there. But it all got worse from there. Once I was taken back to get X-Rays and the cleaning, there was absolutely zero bedside manner and even more confusion over my reason for the visit. The second I sat down with the hygienist, I was immediately confronted with a choice to make over fluoride treatment for an extra fee. You are given a page and told to read it and decide and sign, without any time before your cleaning starts to actually read and make an informed decision. Finally, the dentist came in after the cleaning to review. It was not the dentist I booked with on ZocDoc and there wasn't any introduction. Overall, just a very rushed, confusing, and unpleasant experience for someone trying to find a new dentist to go to regularly.
