My visit with Dr. Bharati was just wonderful! She’s such a knowledgeable dentist who saw the extensive care I needed and was careful when dealing with my sensitive areas. She listened to my concerns regarding my home maintenance and created a plan of care that is working beautifully. Her office is conveniently located and her staff is friendly and welcoming. There was no annoying double booking and long wait to be seen. I arrived on time and was seen immediately. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Now my family and colleagues are making appointments to see Dr. Bharati too! Also, booking my future appointments was a breeze and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

My appointment was canceled and I was not told until I arrived. I had missed a call the day before but thr message didn't say anything about my appointment will need to be re scheduled due to there not being any doctors at the office. The message just said call us back we have questions about your upcoming appointment. On my way to the office I missed a call because I was on the train I called back as soon as I could to no answer, when I arrived at the office the front desk ladies were just talking and eating their breakfast. 1 said oh sorry was just about to call you back. I didn't get to meet the doctor so I cannot rate the doctor. The office is nice but my experience with the front desk and their communication were completely unprofessional.
