“If you are looking for a solid dentist who is honest and isn’t going to make you sit for needless procedures, then go here! The cleaning I received was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I had recently had an appointment with another large chain dentist group here in DC. Five minutes in they told me they had to use anesthesia to do “root scaling” which is basically just a deep cleaning at the gum line that every dentist ordinarily does during a cleaning. But by labeling it this, the other dentist could charge more to my insurance. The other dentist also indicated that I had a loose filling and needed an expensive mouthguard to stop grinding. None of this sounded right so I left and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kristallis who personally cleaned my teeth and said I didn’t need anything else. It was a great experience. Don’t hesitate. Try this dentist out. Great location, immaculate office space, and super friendly staff. He’ll become your permanent dentist in no time. ”
