About Dr. Thalida Dong

Dr. Thalida Dong was born in Vietnam and grew up in San Francisco. She is the youngest of three children in her family and the first to complete graduate school. She continued on to graduate school at Boston Goldman’s School of Dental Medicine where she earned her Dental degree with a Magna Cum Laude. In dental school, she discovered her passion and love for doing dental surgeries so she applied for residency and was accepted to University of Texas School of Dentistry-Houston. After completing her 3 years of residency specializing in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, she has been working for several years as an associate doing what she enjoys the most which is doing dental surgeries and it lead to her decision to take on a new venture and establish her own practice. Dr. Dong is board certified in periodontology and dental implant surgery and she's also a member of several dental associations. Dr. Dong is passionate with work but during her free time she also enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and shares her love of nature with her husband by going on hikes, fishing and camping.
