Professional staff with a doctor that is worth her salt

After checking in for my appointment, front staff mentioned that there will be a wait since they are understaffed that day but no mention of an approximate wait time. Waited for 2.5 hours which was way past the appointment time and still didn't get service so I had to cancel the appointment. Very disappointing first visit since they did not check in with the waiting patients nor offer to reschedule a different time given that it was an overly long wait already.
