About Dr. Thomas Durisek

Dr. Thomas Durisek made Phoenix his home in 1997 immediately after graduating from dental school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was attracted to the warm, sunny weather and big open skies of Arizona that allow ample opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities such as running, hiking, camping, and exploring 4X4 trails. Dr. Thomas Durisek also has a passion for automobiles and enjoys travel and reading. Dr. Thomas Durisek founded Open Wide Dental in 2001 and is proud of the current high-tech facility that opened in 2007. He likes the challenges of dentistry and providing his patients with the highest level of general and cosmetic dental care using the most modern equipment and techniques. He maintains his membership in the ADA, AzDA, and Academy of General Dentistry by attending continuing education classes and participates in a Spear Education Dental Study Club based at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. He is excited to be an Invisalign Premier Provider offering a clear alternative to braces. He looks forward to seeing you at Open Wide Dental soon!
