Mediocre. Dr. Sharma was not available ( I don’t know the reason) I have been with this dental office for last 3 years. Nurses not friendly ( in hurry) While taking X-ray the nurse was not patient and she was unsympathetic to my difficulties. Only one (right side) X-ray was taken. Quick cleaning and fluoride treatment was done hurriedly. I think I will change this dental office.

It was very helpful to use Zocdoc to book the appointment. I found out about Zocdoc from an ad on Hulu. At the time, I was struggling to make a dentist appointment because I was new in town and I was always busy during that day. It took me less than 5 minutes to book an appointment. The best part about this is that I could check-in online and fill out the forms on Zocdoc which the dentist office accepts so that when I got there, I didn’t need to spend a lot of time refilling the forms. I would recommend using this for new users who have difficulty calling and booking appointments as you can do this fast and easy online through Zocdoc.

Office staff is very professional and they make a seemingly painful experience so much easier to bare. They are very nice and such a comfortable environment! Dr Sharma is very skillful and not painful at all. I really appreciate how she stops during the procedures to see if we are comfortable and if she can help us any further.

My first visit and I will be back. The staff is great. Dr Sharma takes her time to communicate well. She and everyone they interacted with me kept me informed on what was happening next. I felt at ease the whole time.
I *sincerely* appreciate that I did not have to fill out the same forms I did through ZocDoc! Thank you for making that process work!

Dr. Sharma was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She knew I was nervous and was able to ease my anxiety. The DA was so gentle and very careful to not cause any additional pain or discomfort. I would proudly choose her and her staff as my dentist and highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Sharma took the time to thoroughly explain her concerns and was extremely gentle during her exam. I’ve had a very rough experience with previous dental providers, but I will be going back for dental work with Dr. Sharma! Her staff is super kind and the office is bright and extremely clean. There’s a tv on the ceiling for you to watch while they are working in your mouth as well which is a good distraction.

Dr Sharma put me at ease (that's not easy for me in dental chair. She explained all of my issues. I am due back this Mon for filling(s) with her. Dr Sharma worked very gently thru my cleaning and was very thorough.

Dr. Sharma and Dr. Kim were unbelievably kind. I went into the appointments anxious about getting scolded for my problem teeth and I’m happy to report there was absolutely no shame from the doctors.
Dr. Sharma performed my cleaning and X-rays and she communicated the problems she found clearly and kindly. Dr. Kim did my fillings and he was equally as gentle and lightning quick. He knocked out 4 fillings in under an hour! My smile looks a million times better than it has in years and the experience was as painless as possible.
I highly recommend Dr. Sharma and her team for anybody who has anxiety about dental work in general or who has been putting it off longer than they care to admit. Dr. Sharma and Dr. Kim mean it when they say they’re proud of you for showing up at all.

Had TV on ceiling above dental chair to DISTRACT,EASE the dental process & very generous & liberal w/ novacaine to limit patient pain risk,& tolerable pain threshold. Great,timely,exacting service. I do not love the dentist. But this dentist actually made it not as nerve racking. I expressed my nerves at the beginning of the appointment. I don’t know if was that or that the doctor was genuinely gentle but the appointment wasn’t bad at all. I didn’t feel like they were poking, prodding and picking at my teeth. The guidance and check ins through out were really great too. My care plan was explained to me very thoroughly.

Dr. Sharma and her staff were great! Very smooth check in process and my dental assistant moved quickly through x-rays while still making sure I was comfortable along the way. Dr. Sharma walked me through treatments needed for my teeth and what she saw in the x-rays so I understood what was going on the entire time.

The staff at Highland Dental was very friendly. The first point of contact was with Komal. She was extremely attentive and professional. I had many questions and she answered each of them putting me at ease. She followed up when she said she would.
Dr. Sharma really put me at ease. She explained what was going to be done. She addressed all of my fears and concerns. I was impressed with her professionalism. The experience was not intimidating. I walked in nervous and in pain. When I left, I felt better and was glad that I went thru with with the visit !

Dr. Sharma is the best dentist I have ever had. Her bedside manner is amazing. She is incredibly patient and ensures patient comfort throughout the entire visit. I really appreciate her thoroughness, use of all the newest technology, and efforts to make sure the patient pays the lowest-possible rate. She also goes out of her way to make herself available to patients for follow up, questions, and any concerns. She also has all of the latest technology and shows me exactly what work is done or needs to be done with pictures. She is incredible!

The staff is always kind and cheerful. The office is clean, cozy and they have coffee and water and my favorite channel playing in the waiting area but you have to drink fast because you will not be waiting long. Dr. Sharma and stagff are always sensitive to your needs. I highly recommend.
