“I went in the building and there were other offices with a small fountain in the center. The front desk people were very polite and was very attentive. I didnt expect to get a "tour" of the office and a goodie bag since I have never been to a dentist that does that.
The office space was really clean as well as fancy. They had tvs on the ceiling inside the operating rooms, massage chairs, and widescreen monitors. Overall the visit was really great and the dentist Tyler Mcelroy was able to fix my problem in the same visit.”

Dr. Tyler attended the Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine.
Since graduating from dental school, he has been very active in taking continuing education, having completed courses through Spear Education and other institutions focused on CBCT scanning, CEREC technology, clear aligner orthodontics, endodontics, PRP therapy, and TMJ treatment. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Diego County Dental Society.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. McElroy and his team. When I called the office they didn’t hesitate. Within 20 minutes of opening they called me back and got me in that same morning. Dr. McElroy listened, didn’t judge and quickly got to work. I came in with my pain at an 8 and left with it at a 1. That kind of care, compassion, and professionalism is rare. I’ll bring my family here for life. I know I’ll have the kind of smile people remember.

Recently, I cracked a tooth and I was preparing for a trip to Hawaii... Dr. McElroy (Dr. Mac's son Tyler) showed me the evidence.. I needed a full crown or risk further breakdown & possible pain. There was no doubt in my mind that my tooth needed treatment right away.... They quickly got me in and 2 hours later I had a beautiful new porcelain crown! I didn’t have to be in a temporary crown while on vacation. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. McElroy Smiles is the best.

Just had the best experience and care from Dr. McElroy when I had an issue with my crown/cracked molar. I was terrified of wandering what the outcome would be, They reassured me everything would be okay & took care Of my problem the SAME DAY. To those terrified of dentists, DON'T be because this office will take care of you and genuinely care about your well being. I almost want to go back just to say hi.

She let me start off by saying, I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. It takes me years to even go into the offices and have the courage to sit in the chair. I felt safe here. I felt like they actually cared about how I felt and the staff is amazing. Everybody took the time to actually sit down and talk about my plan without me freaking out.

I'm from out of town (Tennessee) and I had a dental emergency. Had an exposed nerve that caused me severe pain. I had an appointment at 2 pm and had oral surgery and was on my way home around 4. I woke up this morning with no pain no bleeding. I'm very thankful for Dr. McElroy and his team. I am thinking about flying out here for all my dental care.
