My experience was okay. I felt like they just took care of me and sent me on my way. Standard experience. It wasn’t the best experience honestly, I felt like a number or a cog rather than a patient.

I wasn’t seen by the doc I booked with, but Dr. Youssef, who was my dentist both days in a row that I had appointments, was mega kind and very efficient.
The dental assistants were very kind, but the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was pretty aggressive with it - and usually I’m not sensitive to the cleaning.
The one who helped with my tooth extraction was nice as well, but also very heavy handed with the tools.
Overall not my easiest appointment, but kind staff and a kind dentist helped.
Also the wisdom tooth extraction was all of five seconds and even easier than the first one I had removed. I appreciate the efficiency!

I scheduled my appointment online & received multiple confirmations. This morning I walked in the office only to be told that there are no doctors in the office and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. The front desk person, a heavy set woman with black curly hair (sorry, she didn’t tell me her name), told me she called me to let me know. When I asked her what number she called because I didn’t have a VM nor a missed call, she asked for my name. When I asked her 3 more times what number she’d left this message on, she ignored me. I was frustrated & told her to cancel my appointment & walked out. I can understand mistakes but lying and being deceitful. No, thank you. This place doesn’t seek to have their stuff together. I think it might have dodged a bullet.

My last visit at another office was so bad, I was dreading going again. As soon as I found Dr Soni and had an appointment with her, I immediately felt so much better about going to the dentist. She made me feel so at ease and answered all my questions without making me feel like a burden or like I was asking stupid questions. She really changed my outlook on the dentist. She's the best!

I needed to get an extraction so I was super nervous. Dr Soni made me feel so comfortable and assured me it would be quick- which it was. I didn't even feel a thing! Such a great experience and highly recommend.
