Dr. Vanina Arrechea chose the profession of dentistry because she enjoys all aspects of oral health care diagnosis and treatment. She says, “It’s very satisfying developing great relationships with my patients and helping people to achieve healthy, happy smiles for the whole family.” She takes pride in restoring her patients’ oral health and seeing how it brings them confidence and joy.
Dr. Arrechea received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California. She practices at Daily Smiles Dental in Dallas, TX. She has taken additional training to provide orthodontic treatment for her patients. With 20 years of experience, she is dedicated to providing excellent dental care and stays updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to offer suitable treatment options.

The dr provider an excellent description of what was going on with my teeth. She told me what needed to be done to have a healthy mouth again.

Overall a really negative experience. A routine cleaning took two hours, it was an hour and a half before I underwent cleaning. The dentist placed the bed in a steep angle to clean that was uncomfortable. Went I noted this she said it was what she needed to be able to conduct a routine dental exam. She did the cleaning but a dental hygienist came in to polish my teeth. She forgot to place protective eyewear on me and he forgot to administer my fluoride. When I reminded them of both they seemed in phased. In addition to all of this, they insisted on collecting payment prior to services and asked me to sign documents for services that hadn’t been performed. I indicated that this was not appropriate and was given a hard time by the dentist. Overall was really underwhelmed with my experience and likely will not be back. I’ve had dental exams yearly for almost 30 years and this was by far the strangest experience I’ve ever had.

Very friendly staff! Wait time was unfortunately long. Took about 3 hours to get me out of the office for just a new patient exam & cleaning. Wish I could rate this place better because they were very apologetic about the wait & very nice in general. Dr Arrechea was also very informative and friendly. I just can’t take a half day off of work for a simple dental cleaning & checkup!

The dentist and the dental assistant were very nice. They explained everything thoroughly. The office, itself, could use a more thorough cleaning. I counted three dead bugs in the examination room, which made me incredibly uncomfortable.

This was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had (though I waited far too long between visits.) everyone who worked with me was fantastic and honestly... I had fun! Yeah I had fun at the dentist.
More importantly I always felt like I was being given honest information. I felt like I knew what procedures were needed and what I didn’t need work on but should look after. I felt like I had autonomy as well, I made the decisions for myself instead of being told what I had to do.
