Most relevant

I want to document my experience as a new patient because the entire process was extremely confusing and unprofessional. I chose this office due to convenience and the positive reviews. However, I called at least two times and each call went straight to voicemail. I left messages on two different days asking whether my Cigna dental insurance is accepted, but I never received any response. When I arrived at the address listed, the dental office was closed. I called the number posted on the door and was redirected to another location at 82-11 on 37th Avenue. After arriving at the 7th floor office, none of the staff could confirm whether my Cigna insurance was accepted. On Zocdoc, your office is clearly listed as in-network for my insurance, yet in person no one seemed to know. Instead, I was offered service at full charge without using my insurance. At this point, I genuinely do not know what to believe. The lack of communication, the misinformation, and the inability to verify something as basic as insurance coverage made the entire experience feel very unprofessional. My time and effort were wasted, especially as a new patient trying to establish care. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and clarity for future patients. Thank you,
