About Dr. Viral Patel

Thank you for trusting me with your health. I am passionate about dentistry, and every morning I come to work excited and ready to help the members of our community with their dental needs. I was born and raised in India and received my Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. I pursued my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, graduating with High Honors in 2011. I was awarded the “Patient Care Excellence Award” at Boston University and was inducted into the Lambda Mu Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the sole national dental honor society for graduating dentists. I consider myself an oral physician and understand the impact dentistry has on people's lives. For this reason, I have continually endeavored to improve my skills. My continuing education training includes implant dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontics. While I understand that my clinical skills are important, what I pride myself on even more is my ability to connect with each one of my patients. I believe a healthy patient-doctor relationship is based on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and honesty. I love listening to my patients' concerns, and I enjoy getting to know them and building lasting relationships. I believe that every person should have a smile they feel proud to display, and I strive to achieve this goal each day. My team at our office shares this vision and provides me with a magnificent support system. I am sure you will love meeting and getting to know each of them. Outside of dentistry, I have a full and wonderful life with my wife Vaidehi, who is also a dentist, and my children Shanaya and Arjun. I love traveling with my family and enjoy watching and playing tennis. I look forward to meeting you and hope you call us your dental home for now and forever.
