“Through my entire life, I never been to a dentist that does their work out of heart and really get the work done very well with great results. I had like 8 cavities and needed a cleaning. I would never go anyhwere else but to her I would after I did my teeth with her. She’s so awesome and professional in her job. I was so happy with the results and didn’t feel any pain as I used to when I go to other dentist. I wish I can give her a gift or anything just out of happiness to my results. I recommend her %10000000. All thanks to her and the people who worked with her at the office were so respectful and helping out too. I didn’t want to sound like exaggerating but this is the truth istg. ?”

Dr. Vivian Vo is from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Harper College in 2015 with an associate degree in art. Afterward, she transferred to the University of Illinois in Chicago and completed her bachelor's degree in biology in 2017, graduating with cum laude and departmental honors. From fall 2017 to spring 2021, she attended Midwestern University College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in May 2021. Since then, Dr. Vo has been practicing dentistry in Chicago. She is an active member of the Chicago Dental Society and the American Dental Association. Fantastic dentist office in a very convenient location. The storefront and nearby businesses may not look the newest but the staff were extremely knowledgeable and there was absolutely NO wait time. I walked right in and was brought to a room right away. The dentist performed the exam before the cleaning, and actually did the first half of the cleaning herself. This office has hand-held x-ray devices so the x-rays went as quick as taking a regular photo and the part inside my mouth was smaller than the kinds used for those mounted x-ray machines. 10/10 will be back.

Excellent!!! The doctor was patient, great listener, answered all my questions clearly to ensure i understood everything. Fixed the problem and even provided solutions that other dentists never provided before. I was not rushed at all which is usually the case in other places. The was incredible, very knowledgeable Excellent bedside manner, empathetic, just everything you would want in a dentist and more. Made me feel comfortable the entire time. Amazing staff from the Two ladies at the front desk and the Two assistants that worked with the doctor. Above and beyond experience I am so happy with the results and looking forward to having all future procedures done by her.

I didn’t like that she said “right off the bat, your teeth are impacted…” and then tried to upsell me an “advanced cleaning” when I was just there for a regular cleaning. Then declined to give the regular cleaning.
Took 30 mins to see me, I was there for about 45 mins, then had to leave without any cleaning done.

The office staff et al were friendly and communicative! My forms came out a little funky with some answers incorrect, so I needed to correct them upon arrival, and the office itself is dated, but my overall experience was pleasant, and everyone was very helpful and did a great job. Will return and would recommend. Thank you!
