Thank you Dr. T and staff for making my first visit so great. I love how welcoming everyone is. The hygienist was amazing! Wow! Her attention to detail is truly a work of art. If you were used to 15/20 hygiene apts you will not get this here. Their screenings are extremely thorough minimum 45 minutes. I learned so much about my oral health. Can't wait to come back!

Dr. Trinh was great! I hadn't gone to the dentist in years and was feeling a bit self conscious and anxious about this visit. The medical assistant did a great job with the cleaning and Dr. Trinh was thorough and understanding.

Aside from Dr. Trinh being an amazing and knowledgeable dentist. I love how efficient her front desk staff is. All insurance questions are answered and explained thoroughly. I am so happy I was able to find such a great office in the village.

The entire experience with Dr. Trinh and her staff was wonderful. They were all courteous, professional, took their time to explain and actively listened to my concerns, history, and question. Dr. Trinh asked probing questions I had never been asked before by a dentist to truly understand my needs and was at no point dismissive or rude. A wonderful experience from front desk to dental chair.

I booked a teeth cleaning via ZocDoc and confirmed that it was covered by insurance before arriving. When I got to the office, the office staff asked for a credit card to charge for the appointment. I asked them to charge insurance and send me a bill for any remaining balance, and they refused, stating that they wanted any interaction with insurance to go through the client rather than the office. Incredibly frustrating situation - if you plan to use insurance rather than paying out of pocket, I would avoid this office.

Getting in touch with a sincere and talented dentist like Dr. Viviane is a fortunate find on my part. It feels like I just about called every dentist in NYC about a sudden and uncomfortable dental situation (I call it an emergency) before Viviane herself picked up the phone and was completely understanding and remarkably pleasant. On the weekend following our phone call, she met me, received me right away, and even made a nervous wreck like me feel calm as she got the job done. The procedure was painless, quick, and seemed to be done on a level of efficiency that I have not experienced before as a person who tries to get a dental cleaning every five months. I had any patient's highest-standard of experience at the dentist.
In summary, I think Dr. Viviane is one of the finest dentists in NYC.

Dr. Trinh is far and away the best dentist I’ve ever been too. And I used to see one of the best dentists in the Tri-State area. The quality of her work is not only first-rate but when you combine that with her professionalism and friendliness it’s no coincidence she’s at the top of her field. I highly recommend her!

Viviane is an outstanding dentist and by far the best I've ever had. I have never had someone go over my teeth with such incredible detail and provide all options for ways to perfect them. In addition to that, she is extremely knowledgeable, provides the information to you in a very simplified way, and always is flexible in working with her clients. I am extremely lucky to have someone like Viviane in my (teeth's) corner, and cannot recommend her strongly enough to everyone else out there.

Dr. Trinh is by far the best dentist I'd ever gone to!! I had a really traumatic experience with my previous dentist about two years ago. Unfortunately, this led to me having great deal of fear going into my appointment . Dr. Trinh not only had excellent bedside manner but she went above and beyond to calm my fears and made sure that every question and concern that I had was answered. I drink energy drinks daily so I have quite a few cavities but she took her time with me and made sure I felt no pain at all!! I highly recommend Dr. Trinh and will most definitely be back!

I'm always impressed with her knowledge of the field of dentistry, the technologies she uses especially on the route canal and the crown, her skill, her personal attention to details.
