Dr. Ripa was funny and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how he provided the prices for procedures that can be done without being too pushy. The office looked new and it was quite clean, maybe that was why I had to put shower caps on my shoes. His assistant was also nice for turning on English/relaxation music since I didn't understand their native language.
