About Dr. Wanda Goldhush
Dr. Wanda Goldhush grew up wanting to be a dentist and has been practicing for over 20 years. She is the only dentist in her family. Her many areas of expertise include cosmetic dentistry, braces, dental sleep medicine, and TMD.
Dr. Goldhush earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She further advanced her skills with a Certificate in Advanced General Dentistry from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Orthodontics from the United States Dental Institute.
Her patients especially appreciate that she is a good listener. She truly enjoys getting to know both her patients and their families. Dr. Goldhush believes it is important to work closely with her patients to develop a realistic treatment approach that is comfortable for both patient and dentist, ensuring the best results.
As a child, she loved helping people and making them smile. And, as you can see, Dr. Goldhush still has that passion today.
She grew up as the oldest of three children in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Dr. Goldhush and her husband have three teenage children. They reside in McLean, Virginia.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking and skiing with her family and loves to read when she finds that rare quiet moment.

Very friendly office. I’ve never had a dentist office ask about preferences for comfort during a visit like providing dark sunglasses to shield from the bright exam light or a blanket or music. That was really nice.
Fit me in for a cleaning in addition to the patient exam. If you’re requesting an appointment via ZocDoc for a consult, an exam doesn’t equate to a cleaning! I learned that the hard way, but they fit me in no problem and did both.
The dentist was friendly, listened well and answered questions, and offered tailored feedback and suggestions. I’d definitely go back.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The front desk ensured I understood what was covered by insurance and provided me out of pocket estimates for items not covered. The office was efficient. I booked an appointment on Saturday for the next Monday. I received a message Saturday night asking if I would like to keep the Monday appointment or take a Sunday appointment. I took the Sunday appointment, completed the exam and cleaning, and was booked the very next day to have a cracked tooth fixed. I appreciated the thorough and efficient experience.

Fantastic! It was an emergency visit! She and her team (including Angela) were professional, thorough, caring and supportive! They made an appointment for me the same day with an Endodontist and I had the procedure done that same day. Dr. Goldhush will become my permanent dentist.
