“Dr Whitaker and his staff are absolutely fantastic. I work really early and I made my appointment around 5am online. They called me when they opened and confirmed my appointment for the following day. Eli was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He sent me a link and I had all my paperwork filled out the night before my appointment. Went in the next day to a Eli at the front desk and was taken in right away. Tanya took me back and Dr Whitaker was in about 5-10 mins later. He was super friendly and very professional. He performed the exam and explained everything I need to have done. After my exam Tanya gave me a deep cleaning and she kept me laughing the whole time. She did a great job and was very easygoing. Everyone there was very polite and friendly. My experience there was one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m not one for the dentist’s office. Highly recommend Dr. Whitaker and his highly skilled and friendly staff.

With 24 years of experience, Dr. Whitaker enjoys treating patients at his private practice. My entire experience from check in, to xrays to just talking while my options were explained to me was great. Dr. Whitaker has a really nice, friendly personality as well as he knows his craft, which makes for a pleasant experience. My procedure to begin repairing my broken tooth to ready for a crown was truly pain free and found the entire experience non stressful. Dr. Whitaker and his entire staff were great! I go back in a couple weeks for my finished crown. I've already reccomended Dr. Whitaker to my mom and husband.

This was my first visit with Dr. Whitaker. I had an emergency with my tooth and his staff got me right in. I ended up having a procedure while there that I have never had done on a tooth before and it went like a breeze. Didn't feel any pain what so ever. Dr. Whitaker is a kind, compassionate and very skilled Dentist. All of his staff are wonderful and so kind. I was happy with the entire experience.

I did not see Doc, it was just a cleaning. The hygienist was one of the best I've ever had. Very accommodating to my gum sensitivity and learned several dental hygiene tips.

I was waiting a long time and did not feel welcome there. I didn’t feel that I was a priority and only saw the doctor for a few minutes. He did not ask if I had any questions, but rather talked at me quickly and left. As a new patient, you do not get your teeth cleaned. I was pretty disappointed with my visit.

This practice is great and everyone is very friendly. They give you control over your care. There was little wait time. I was given a cost estimate and am able to schedule the services when I can afford them. They’ll do as little or as much as you want done at a time. Everyone was great and I would highly recommended making them your dental provider.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. However, I would have appreciated if the Dr. Whitaker took the time to thoroughly explain what treatments he recommend me to have himself. Again, the dental assistant was quite polite, but had some difficulty articulating how the treatments would be completed etc (despite me asking for the doctor to return on several occasions). As a result, I left the office with my questions unanswered and more anxiety about what I needed to get done. After further consideration I decided it best to seek out another dentist.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ward Whitaker to anyone looking for any kind of dental care. I called last minute after finding his office for a bad wisdom tooth that needed to be treated right away, not only did he fix my issue he did it that very same day. Great staff and very friendly and caring.

I typically hate going to the dentist. However this dentist visit was like no other. His dential hygienist explained everything to where I can understand what needed to be done. Then the dentist himself was very friendly and made sure I understood the importance of what needed to be taken care of and what the rates would be. I'll say job well done.

Doctor was fine but office staff was inefficient, failed to use proper means of communication (texting vs calling as marked on the zocdoc sheet) and made excuses for the delays.

Office staff (front desk and dentist's assistant) were helpful and friendly which is just as important as the doctor himself. Dr. Whitaker introduced himself when he walked in and was very personable. I felt like I was given great care!

I'm from out of town and desperately needed my wisdom teeth taken out. Within 2 hours of finding this place I was already in a chair waiting for them to prep the tools. I had such a great experience at Dr. Whitaker's office! I was very nervous because I had not been to a dentist in a number of years but the staff was all very kind, even staying late to see me! Plus, everyone was so positive and friendly. It was truly a great experience.
