From the moment I walked through the door I felt I made the right choice, the attention I received from every single individual was above expectations, the questions asked to me were very precise and everything was explained to me in detail, same for my questions/concerns, which I love. I felt “I am in really good hands here”. My appointments for the following procedures were set quickly for the following weeks, I’m exited to start my dental higiene journey with this team.

Dr. Du and the entire staff at Ideal Smiles were extremely professional, informative, and friendly. Dr Du was thorough in explaining how to stay on top of my oral health. I highly recommend visiting her office!

Dr Du was open and upfront in what she is doing. However, they seem to take a path where they squeeze maximum from your insurance and not what is best.
When they started examining, taking xrays and all, the attendant was not at all gentle. She seem to be in a hurray and was literally shovng the xray equipment in my mouth, causing pain. When Dr du came for her inspection, she was also not gentle at all, poking so hard that the pain persisted for a day in my gums. Only couple of tooth has swelling, instead of regular cleaning, they suggested deep cleaning which will be followed by maintenance cleaning further squeezing money from your insurance.
Given how rough they were in my 1st appointment only, I have decided to not go for my next appointment and change my doctor. I can take risk for deep cleaning and all, given their 1st hand handling.

New patient visit of Dr. Du and it was a wonderful first visit! She is warm, easy to talk to and great with explaining everything in detail. Stephanie and office staff are friendly and welcoming! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Bellevue area ??

My appointment was great. Dr. Du is a thorough professional who clearly keeps a modern and up-to-date practice. The entire experience was better than I have come to expect at other dentists. Always a pleasant (and thats alot coming from someone who abhors dentist visits) appointment! Each hygenist and dental assistant are extremely attentive, gentle, not to mention the doctors! I think both are extremely knowledgeable, professional and gentle. Highly recommend this clinic!

It was great. I have very bad dental anxiety and Dr. Du made me feel relaxed and made sure I felt safe. Explained the whole process to me. I would definitley recommend anyone come here. The whole staff are a bunch of rock stars.

Very friendly staff. Hygienist Aki was very thorough in her cleaning and asking about any concerns and issue I had with my teeth. Dr. Du very thorough also in provided info for needed treatment plan.
