“I have a fear of dentists (i.e. trust issues) and I have not seen a dentist for 10 years. After thorough research (e.g. Google, Yelp), I found Dr. Xuyu Zhang. So I came in as a new patient.
Simply put, Dr. Zhang and his staff are a very kind and professional group. They were organized. I felt the initial visit was very thorough and honest. There was no sense of upselling. I feel like I finally found my favorite dentist. Parking was pretty good.

“Absolutely lovely experience. The only downside of this office is the parking lot (which they cannot control). The interior of the office is very clean and welcoming, the staff are all very friendly. It was the fastest dentist appointment I've ever had in my life. I had literally zero wait time. I walked in and I didn't have a chance to sit down before they immediately whisked me away to begin my cleaning. The dentist was immediately there and ready to work with me as soon as his assistant finished her job. Everyone was very friendly and nice. I cannot recommend Dr. Zhang's office enough!”

Came here for the first time for complete oral exam, x-rays and teeth cleaning. Doctor Zhang was excellent in every aspect. Good communicator and answered all my questions and concerns. After the procedure my teeth look and felt good. His office is open on Sundays which is a rare thing.

Dr. Xuyu Zhang was very patient, efficient, communicative, and honest. I love to know details about my own health and procedures, and he walked me through every step that was performed. Dr. Zhang did not push any unnecessary procedures, unlike past doctors. Finally, he is light-hearted and has a sense of humor, which helps with dentist anxiety :)

Dr. Zhang isn't the friendliest dentist, but he seems to be very good at his job. His staff is great, the office was very clean and organized, and I had virtually no wait time. Also, his office is open on Sundays! Will be coming back here again.

My experience with Dr. Zhang has been great! He is gentle, caring, and explains everything very thoroughly. Love that he's got in - office CT scan. intraoral camera, making everything easy to visualize. He is local (graduated from UCSF) and the office has been recently remodelled, giving a clean, professional look. I have many implants in my mouth, and usually routine cleanings were never fun for me because they usually hurt. He really took time and did'nt rush and was so gentle around each tooth, that I barely feel any pain this time! Highly recommend!

My gum was swollen and Dr. Zhang was very thorough in explaining why I needed an extraction. My tooth was taken out (he also did some bone graft at the same time), and I was surprised how little pain I experienced. Thank you so much!

I had always been anxious to get a dental cleaning because of teeth sensitivity. But Dr. Zhang is very gentle and attentive to my dental needs. Now I'm not as anxious for my dental appointment anymore!

Came in for a check up, was politely greeted by the front desk and was informed on how to fill out new patient form, was told to come in right after I completed the forms, Dr. Zhang was cordial and professional, answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining the dental process, he clearly knows what he's doing, will be seeing him again for a cleaning.

Dr. Zhang is an amazing dentist. After routine visits, he would always offer me alot of advices on how to maintain better gum health. Dr. Zhang was very patient and caring, I was never rushed through with my appointments and I felt valued as a client/ patient. He always took time to explain everything and never ignored any of my potential concerns, which many other dentists I visited in the past were not able to do.

Dr. Zhang was professional and had great bed side manners. I really appreciate his professionalism and tenderness. He treated me for some gum disease and assured that I would feel better after the treatment. After a few months, I no longer have sensitivity and pain. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

Going to see a dentist during the Covid pandemic was very nerve-wrecking. But after coming to the clinic, it quickly diffuse my fear because the clinic is so clean. There was no one waiting in the waiting room. They reserved sufficient time for each patient so there's no cross path. If you want to find a safest dental clinic to go, this is probably the best.

Dr. Zhang is tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. He is so patient answering my questions, and he's also attentive while practicing surgery for me. The surgeries for deep cleaning and for my decayed tooth were perfectly done; and, I did not feel much pain after all. I believe I will come back for teeth whitening sometime soon! Thank you Dr. Zhang!
