About Dr. Yae Sam Song
Dr. Yae Sam Song, born in South Korea, grew up and spent most of his childhood in Berlin, Germany. He later moved to Los Angeles, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California. After several years practicing on the West Coast, Dr. Song transitioned his career to New York City. He aspires to be a bridge between the old and the new within his profession, aiming to uphold the core foundations of dentistry while integrating the constantly advancing dental field and technology into his daily patient care. His treatment philosophy prioritizes preserving patients’ natural dentition whenever possible. Ensuring a comfortable experience from start to finish is his top priority. Dr. Song tailors treatment to the individual and believes in equipping his patients to achieve the best oral health not only in the short term but, more importantly, over a lifetime. His experience working with patients of all ages—from pediatric to geriatric—has deepened his understanding of the unique needs across different populations. Dr. Song also enjoys giving back to his community through local initiatives and medical missions abroad, including various cities in Mexico such as Tijuana and Ensenada. Outside of dentistry, he loves spending time with his wife, exploring the city for new restaurants, playing sports, and trying new coffee spots.
