Be careful at this spot. They will try to upsell whatever they can and tell you that you need unnecessary work done. It’s a shame, I would have gotten a lot done there but did not like the shady vibe.

They wasted my time. On my first appointment it took 45min to do Xrays. Then Dr. Zhou came in the room & explained that I needed multiple fillings. He said since it was only an exam today so I’d have to book 2-3 appointments to complete fillings for 9 cavities. Ok that’s fine, no procedures that day. Then he said to wait for the hygienist for the dental cleaning. I waited 15min until a student came in the room & said it will be another 20min bc the hygienist was working on a patient. At this moment I’d already been there for 2hrs so I went to the front desk to reschedule my cleaning as I have a baby to get back to. The front desk scheduled me for the hygienist & filling visit together on 7/1. I was called by the office to confirm my appointments for 11am hygienist & 1pm filling. The day of 7/1 I get an 8am call & asked to come in at 10:30am. I explained to the front desk that I have a 1pm appointment too & bc of my baby I can’t be there too long. The front desk REASSURED ME that if I come in at 10:30am, I will have my fillings done right after the cleaning. I said sure. So I went at 10:30am. The hygienist Maria did not see me until 11:10am! I wanted to give the office a chance so I didn’t say anything. During the cleaning Maria tried to sell me a laser cleaning & fluoride which are not covered by my insurance. I am so glad I said no. The cleaning was the shortest I’ve ever had & was done in 15min. Then Dr. Zhou comes in at 11:30am. He says today I will replace the filling of these 3 teeth that are bothering you. Then he says “ok so I’ll see you at 1pm , I have 2 patients ahead of you”. I couldn’t believe it. I explained that the front desk asked me to come in earlier. He said sorry and that I can wait in the waiting room or to reschedule! I wanted to cry so I walked out to the front desk. I never want to come back & requested my Xrays. I’m still waiting for my records. After 1hr of being there I got a 15min cleaning and no fillings.
