I had a very positive experience during my visit. The office was clean, modern, and welcoming, and the waiting time was very reasonable. I can't recommend this practice enough—it's truly exceptional in every way. Most notably, they understand and expertly manage the very real, and unfortunately common, fear many of us have when it comes to dental care. With so many options out there, choosing a dentist can feel like a gamble. But trust me, this one is absolutely worth the 35-minute drive (for me, at least).
I was able to get a same-day appointment as a new patient for an urgent issue, and I’m so grateful. It was a glowing review that brought me here, and I genuinely hope my experience helps guide others in the same way. This place has earned my trust, and I know you'll feel the same!

I can't recommend Arus Dental in Wakefield highly enough. Over Memorial Day weekend, I was hit with a sudden, sharp toothache on Saturday. Not only did she treat me with exceptional care and precision, but she also went above and beyond by arranging an emergency root canal for me on Memorial Day itself. Her dedication didn’t stop there—Dr. Li personally followed up to check on my recovery and, once the root canal was complete, promptly placed a temporary crown and completed the final crown in under three weeks. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with remarkable attention to detail. Dr. Li and her entire team are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely compassionate and patient-focused. I felt supported and cared for every step of the way. If you're looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond for their patients, this is the place to go. Truly outstanding care. Highly recommended.

I’ve found my new dentist! The doctor and staff are compassionate, efficient, and genuinely friendly. I usually feel anxious about dental visits, but the doctor took time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The procedure was completely painless, and the aftercare was handled with great professionalism. When I had questions about medication, the doctor even responded after hours to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks to their care, I’m now pain-free and confident about continuing my treatments. This office is truly outstanding! From the welcoming front desk staff to the kind and knowledgeable dentist, my entire experience was excellent—I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in.
When Dr. Li came in, she greeted me with such warmth and compassion. I was honest and shared that it had been about two years since my last dental visit due to anxiety. I expected some judgment, but that couldn’t have been further from the case. Dr. Li was incredibly supportive and told me I should be proud of myself for taking this step.
After taking x-rays, Dr. Li did a thorough exam and found decay beneath a filling that had been done two years ago. I was able to schedule a follow-up appointment within the week to have it properly treated, along with a new filling.
Thank you so much to Dr. Li and the entire team for your kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this office—especially if you experience dental anxiety. They truly make you feel cared for.

When I broke my front teeth in a bike accident, I was able to get an emergency appointment the same day I called, and it was such a relief that her office is open on Saturdays. She takes the time to clearly explain what’s necessary and walks you through the available options so you can make an informed decision. After a filling from my family dentist, I began experiencing pain when biting, and food stuck in that tooth. I went back for a check, and although the dentist said nothing was wrong, he did some additional work. Unfortunately, the issue continued. When I called again, he suggested I see a specialist for a CT scan to check for a possible crack.
A friend recommended Dr. Li because of her experience and knowledge. He said other dentists had advised extracting his tooth, but Dr. Li saved it with a complicated root canal—preserving his natural tooth and saving thousands of dollars.
I reached out to Dr. Li for a second opinion and am so glad I did. She was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She examined my tooth, fixed it by redoing the filling. My pain is gone and I avoided unnecessary tests and treatments. Even though her office is a long drive for me, I will continue seeing her for all my family's dental care and highly recommend Dr. Li—you won’t regret it!
