Most relevant

I was not seen at my first scheduled visit due to an hour wait. I had to reschedule because I was unsure when I would finally be seen and I couldn’t sit at a dentists office all day. Everyone seemed nice enough, however the lack of communication was frustrating. There was no management of expectations. I found out as I was trying to leave that they had an emergency patient arrive, which was causing my delay. Before that, I kept being told I’d be seen shortly, in “5 minutes”. Those 5 minutes turned into an hour. I can’t speak to how well the actual dental services are, but the office does not seem very organized. They promised me when I return that there would not be a wait and that this was not their usual operations, so we will see.
