Took me a while to find a dentist in Chicago that was trustworthy and listened to my needs. The rest of the staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend Zephyr Dental; unlike some big box dental corp, they really care about their patients.

I felt rushed and I was told there wasn't enough time for a cleaning to be done, so I had to reschedule for another day. It just left me with a feeling of not being valued as a patient, especially as a new patient.
When I went to reschedule for an appointment, I go to where I can rebook and I don't even see a single day the rest of the year for the next available time.
And so my search for a new dentist continues....

So glad I found this dental office. Dr. Chang was great with explaining everything from my teeth to the treatment plan and how much it would cost me. I was super nervous about the cleaning seeing as I haven’t got one in 2 years but it was painless, and surprisingly comfortable. Especially with the TV’s there for distraction (Clever).The office is clean and modern and great for kids of all ages. My 7 yr old is excited about going back, that says a lot lol. The entire staff was exceptional. Glad I was able to find a dentist for my family going forward. Highly recommend this office. I’ll send everyone I know here.

Omg, what a great experience. So easy to book for my emergency broken tooth. The dentist was also SO quick in fixing my tooth and the staff were SO quick in calculating my cost / checking my coverage. SO satisfied with this visit. Best visit I’ve had in my life. I will continue to come here for the future to come!!

The receptionist was super nice and told me exactly the amount The session would be. This was my first deep cleaning with Dr. Chang. He walked through the process with me and told me exactly what he was doing next. He would pause in between the cleaning to make sure that I was doing okay. I felt comfortable enough to let him know if it was starting to hurt. Once we were done, he gave me all the rinse/toothpaste I needed to keep my teeth/gum clean. His staff and him go beyond to make my visit a great one. Highly recommend people to go to him!

Dr. Yong Jung and team were so great! This is my first time going to them. I had a really bad experience at my old dentist and felt very mistreated at the other dentists I went to. One day, my friend introduced me to Zephyr Dental and I absolutely loved it. They had COVID-19 polices so they can keep their staff and customers safe. It was a very clean space and my appointment was very straightforward. If my appointment started at 11, I was seen right away. There wasn’t any wait time. They explained the treatment I needed and why I needed them. They have someone on staff that helped outline my cost and my future procedures, so I knew what I was getting my next visit. If you need a new dentist or think of switching, definitely go here!!
