About Dr. Yoo Hong

Dr. Anna Hong, General Dentist and Co-Director Englewood Dental has more than 15 years of private practice experience. At Englewood Dental, Dr. Hong provides general, preventative, cosmetic, implant and children’s dentistry. Dr. Hong is well versed in all the latest cosmetic procedures including aesthetic recontouring, porcelain crowns, and laminates. She has completed technical training in Lumineers veneers which provide patients a simple, painless way to a new, permanent smile. She also completed a year-long mini-residency in dental implantology, which allows her to provide her patients with cutting edge reconstructive and cosmetic implant prosthetics. She is experienced in treating temporal mandibular joint related issues and has trained with some of the best in this field. She is trained in sedation dentistry and utilizes the surgical suite at Englewood Dental for her patients’ comfort and relaxation. She completed her dental studies at SUNY School of Dental Medicine at Stony Brook where she received awards for cosmetic excellence and achievements in academics, including the Senior Student Award sponsored by the Academy of General Dentistry and the Quintessence Award in recognition of academic achievement. She completed a postgraduate general practice residency at Englewood Hospital where she obtained medical and operating room experience. Dr. Hong and several of her staff members are fluent in Korean. Her professional affiliations include: Bergen County Dental Implant Study Group, Vice President, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Dentistry and New Jersey Academy of Dentistry.
