While Dr. Jamie Lee is a board certified endodontist and an award-winning graduate of NYU College of Dentistry, it is her extensive philanthropic work that most typifies her approach to dentistry and the generosity of spirit that she shares with her patients.
Dr. Jamie Lee grew up in Stony Brook, Long Island, New York. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and completed her General Practice Residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Lee subsequently completed a post-doctorate specialty residency in Endodontics at New York University College of Dentistry.

I went to Dr. Jamie Y. Lee for a root canal and it was a fantastic experience. I have a very low pain tolerance and had never gotten one done before so I didn’t know what to expect. The experience was almost entirely painless. The only thing I felt was the anesthetic shot and it was only a little sting. The anesthetic used was no joke, either. My whole bottom jaw, lip and chin are numb. I also really appreciated that Dr. Lee was very transparent with me about the success rates of my sort of root canal (calcified pulp) and took the time to explain the procedure to me as well as what my options were. Despite the complexity of my root canal, Dr Lee was able to perform it quicker than anticipated. The dental assistant, Carolina, was also amazing and helped calm my nerves before the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for your endodontic needs!

Straight and to the point! X-rays and scan were done fairly quickly by her very kind assistant and the doctor was able to assess the issue immediately. It wasn’t what I wanted to hear … but here we are! We already have an action plan in place and I’m hoping it’ll be as pain free as possible.

Dr Yoon Lee was exceptional. She was patient, nice, extremely knowledgeable and saved my tooth. I had an excellent experience. She responded to my emails on a Sunday and was able to see me the next morning for root canal as I was in pain.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Lee and her staff from start to finish. Even before my appointment, the receptionist took the time to call me and thoroughly explain my insurance benefits, which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and Dr. Lee made sure to fully explain the procedure and any potential risks. She and her assistant were incredibly caring, making the entire process quick and painless. Dr. Lee even followed up via text to check on how I was doing afterward. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of professional and compassionate care.

For someone with very high anxiety and fear when it comes to the dentist I am haply to say this was the best experience I've EVER had. I had a root canal with Dr. Lee. It ended up being a bit more complicated than expected due to my unique situation, but I was very comfortable the whole time. I would say I had 0 pain during the procedure, even the numbing part wasn’t painful. She explained the complicated parts after we were done and I have minimal pain post procedure. Additionally, her receptionist were very helpful both pre-appointment and during, explaining everything to me relating to insurance and billing.

I saw Dr. Lee for a consultation about two cracked and infected molars. I was worried about having uncomfortable "how did it get this bad" discussions, but that was not an issue at all with Dr. Lee. While she was honest about the problems and options she saw, she treated me with kindness and respect, and didn't judge. If anything, she just seemed concerned for me. She gave me an analysis of CT and X-ray results and recommended extraction for one tooth over a root canal, even though her office doesn't perform extractions. Her office also finagled a next-day appointment with another well-reviewed dentist for the extraction.
