About Dr. Yoon Kim

Dr. Yoon Kim received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Prior to obtaining his doctoral degree, he also completed his Masters in Science in Human Nutrition at Columbia University. Following dental school, Dr. Kim sought to improve his clinical skills by completing a rigorous postgraduate residency program at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn. He subsequently completed a pediatric residency program at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he served as the chief resident during his final year. Dr. Kim is fully committed to clinical excellence, and he is excited to serve the Long Island community. He specializes in comprehensive and preventative care, which includes full mouth rehabilitation and minimally invasive caries management. He seeks to use his compassion and expertise to make every child’s visit a positive experience. He prioritizes creating a friendly and comfortable environment for children of all ages. In his spare time, Dr. Kim loves spending time with his wife and their three boys. He enjoys traveling, following sports, and trying new restaurants.
