“Wow. I despise the dentist and this Dr and her dental assistant were SO KIND. I had to have a deep cleaning because as I mentioned I hate it and they couldn’t have been more supportive and sweet. This Dr broke down everything with me in a way I could understand. I will be going back in 3 months and plan to get Invisalign too. The office manager was also very helpful and explained things thoroughly. An overall great establishment where you can tell people enjoy working there :) ”

Dr Cho and her staff were friendly and i can tell they emphasize hospitality a lot which I appreciate… but not when the actual service is subpar. If you are looking to get a regular cleaning done, just know you’ll have to wait because Dr Cho is the only dentist AND hygienist in the office. Even though ZocDoc told me they took my insurance, and my cleanings are free, I still had to pay for my cleaning and the girl showing me my bill says “oh just call us if we didn’t get this right.” In their defense, the office did try to call me and offer me to come in on an earlier date, but they didn’t mention that if I stuck with my original appointment that i would have been waiting as long as I did. I can see that this young practice is trying to differentiate itself, but I really just wish there was a team of hygienists and overall better office management (i.e. a billing team that can properly make adjustments and bill me correctly)

Such a conscientious and comprehensive medical professional. Her practice’s business processes like how services are sold and confirmed need work - but this was my first dental appointment in 5 years, and she spent so much time with me as someone who’s about as anxious as they come. She could work in construction, the way she drills lol I know I’m in good hands with her empathic and intelligent team moving forward m. They really helped calm me down and inform me too. Great practice of medicine!!

One of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable they always welcome you with a big smile especially Taylor! She would make sure all my questions were answered and even checked up on me after my procedure was over with she is honestly the sweetest! I will also Dr. Younjoo Cho has been the BEST dentist you’ll ever find.. I used to be scared of dentists due to past experiences but as soon as I entered her office I could tell I was in great hands. She was very kind and sweet and made sure I was comfortable the ENTIRE time.. Definitely coming back again!

Dr. Cho and her amazing staff are nothing but diligent, kind, and are great listeners! They were ready upon my arrival, and once I filled out some new patient paperwork I immediately was taken to my room!
From my x-rays, examination, to actual cleaning I felt that everything was so smooth! I cannot emphasize enough on the great care that this facility gives! Not to mention that they offer payment plans and do want the patient to get the care that they deserve! 10/10 experience, highly recommend! ?

Great experience especially the support staff were awesome and the girl who helped me for my treatment is just too good , she came from sa and was very very impressed :) , give her 100% hike.and also doctor was very polite and very nice. Only minus is doctor needs to communicate what she is going to do before the treatment so that patient would have an idea during the process...

This was my first time going to the dentist in 12 years because of how miserable I was with my last dentist. This was the exact opposite! The office was super pretty, the staff were so personable and easy to talk to. They did a wonderful job of breaking down my bill and letting me know what to expect. The dentist was hands down the best dentist I’ve ever met. Very comforting, did a quick but great job on my teeth (just got a cleaning today). It was also really nice that I was able to watch a movie while getting my teeth worked on. I can honestly say that this is the first time in my life that I’ve actually looked forward to going back to the dentist office. These were honestly the nicest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met. Would highly recommend.

My visit to Fine Smile was great. Personal and friendly greeting upon arrival. Not a long wait time in the lobby for your procedure. The hygienist and dentist are all very professional and welcoming people. I love when I have to attend dental appointments simply bc of everyone at Fine Smile Denal.
