He looks forward to welcoming you to Mountain Bay Dental in Los Gatos! He worked for over a year as a dental assistant before pursuing further education and his passion for dentistry. Dr. Anwar obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry, where he was admitted to competitive programs and spent hundreds of hours volunteering for underprivileged communities around the NYC area.
Born in New York City but raised in the Bay Area, Dr. Anwar currently resides in the East Bay and is an advocate for health and wellness. He enjoys avidly exploring the beautiful areas of California through hiking.

Along with their extreme cleanliness and professionalism, dr. Youseph Anwar was top-class. I got deep cleaning done, x-rays taken and walkthrough of everything. After a thorough examination and explanation of everything, I was given a gameplan of what i needed to get done to get rid of my cavities, and a root canal. I also got invisalign which have been absolutely game-changing. Overall, can't express my gratitude enough. 10/10 all around!

I was referred here by a coworker who raved about Dr. Anwar and how knowledgeable he is, and I took a chance since their office accepts all major PPO plans.
The staff was so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Anwar took the time to educate me on what my X-rays displayed, which l've never had a dentist take the time to do. I could tell he’s a genuine dentist who wants the best for his patients, which eased a lot of my anxiety and skepticism towards dentists. I opted to start Clear Correct treatments; the scans for this took less than 5 minutes and zero impressions were needed.
Aside from the clean environment and proper dentalcare etiquette being followed, I could tell the office was very up to date with their technology which gave a very luxury and professional feel to the office.
I walked away with zero cavities, an amazing cleaning, and a new long term dentist!
Would highly recommend Mountain Bay Dental to those in the area and beyond-- so happy to have found Dr. Anwar.
