“Everything was good except I wasn't seen by the doctor I booked...
I looked around for a LONG time to find a provider who seemed like a good fit. I chose the doctor; not the practice. Because of past trauma, I almost exclusively see female practitioners, so the fact that the doctor I ended up seeing was also male was upsetting.
That said, the experience was otherwise good. I was seen pretty much right away; the front desk and hygienist were friendly and communicative; the doctor was thorough and even gave me a mirror so I could see actually see what he was talking about, which is not something I've had a dentist so before. After the appointment I asked the front desk about being put with a different doctor, and they said something about this one being on maternity leave. But if that's the case, why is she listed as available here and why wasn't I contacted to see if I'd be okay with the switch? But like I said, good otherwise, so I'll go back and hopefully actually see this doctor. ”

I was disappointed by the doctor's disrespectful attitude toward the patient. I am 69 years old. My appointment was scheduled for 01/20/26 at 10am. I received several reminders a few days beforehand, waited 30 minutes in the office and then learned that the doctor, with whom I had made the appointment was absent. My appointment was rescheduled for 01/23/26.I am able to understand that unexpected situations can happen, but when the first visit with doctor begins with deception, there is no trust.

Our appointment was confirmed multiple times via text. This dentist was an hour late for the appointment. She was not friendly at all, no hello to either of us, just up-selling services. She did not seem to know what the visit was for or what to do. Went to the wrong tooth. She named other things unrelated and asked which one we wanted to start with. I mentioned what the appointment was for. She seemed to get upset and defensive. She was all over the place. It was so bazaar that we both were uncomfortable. This dentist is unpleasant. Every question asked, she got upset. When we asked to speak to each other privately (to discuss not moving forward with her) she bad-mouthed us to the front desk staff. We're not ones to be problematic but did not feel she would have done a good job, she did not listen to what our needs were and defended not knowing what the appointment was scheduled for. We simply chose not to risk it.

The dentist was very knowledgable and helpful during the visit. However, I noticed there are no internal air filtration system in the unit. During the operations, she proposed various plans without asking me first like whether I would like to do an X-ray in the first place. However, over all experience is very helpful and she was able to get professional feedback right away.
