“Honestly, this was one of the best dental appointments I’ve had in years. The dentist was calm, patient, and incredibly thorough. He reviewed my X-rays, checked my bone and gum health, and ensured I got the right type of cleaning for my needs. He didn’t try to upsell anything and paid close attention to every detail, even double-checking a tooth he thought might be an issue. The quality of care truly surpasses most dental offices I’ve been to. The visit never felt rushed, and his focus on preventive care was refreshing. He also gave helpful info about my Invisalign and how to avoid gum and bone issues. I highly recommend this office—not just for the care, but for the knowledge he shares. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean, organized, and the service is better than many practices. I left feeling informed, cared for, and really impressed.

Dr. Zach is a graduate of the University of Georgia and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Greater Atlanta Dental Society, and the prestigious Hinman Dental Society. He volunteers for the Georgia Special Olympics Special Smiles program and has held lead positions for the Georgia Mission of Mercy. Of all of my 44 years, this was the most pleasant dentist appointment I’ve ever had. Granted, I did not come for a cleaning. I had a tooth that was bothering me and I could tell some sort of infection was happening possibly caused by my veneers. Although I have had x rays in the past, prior dentists never mentioned the infection. This dentist was able to do 2D and 3D x rays to identify the tooth and the infection that was causing the issues and I left feeling a sense of comfort with next steps. 10/10 would recommend.

I was told by the front desk that there is a 15 minute late grace period. I showed up 13 minutes late and they refused to see me for my follow up. They weren’t able to take me initially stating I needed a deep clean for one tooth and they didn’t have time (which I understood). Front desk lady was slightly curt and the dental assistant managed to inform be about all the millions of dollars Trump has discovered in waste…. Not going back to say the least which was disappointing because the dentist was nice. Too bad.

Dr. Dubin was very friendly and knowledgeable. His staff were also great. The hygienist that did my cleaning (Tatiana) was probably the best I’ve had. Thorough cleaning with no discomfort whatsoever.

I was nervous about going to the dentist after a few years of not going but the overall experience was great. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Dubin was great and explained everything so I could understand. Will be back in a few weeks and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, and it took me years to finally go. Dr. Zachary Dubin and staff were so comforting and made my cleaning easy breezy. I felt silly for waiting so long once it was over. I will not hesitate to schedule my next appointment with them!

There was a thorough examination of my mouth: soft tissues, gums and teeth. I did not know that a dentist had to care about so many details in the mouth. I never love x-rays but it as less annoying that with my previous experiences.

Overall, a pleasant experience. I was almost in emergency mode because I was in pain and my usual dentist had retired without warning. I needed to see a dentist right away but most dentists that I knew were booked until February. However, Dr. Dubin's office agreed to at least take fresh X-rays and diagnose the source of my pain.
I have a follow-up appointment next month to address the problems, but unfortunately, the procedures could not be performed on short notice. Still, my mind was more at ease because the professional, well-equipped staff quickly located the problem areas.
