Like many people, I have stubbornly avoided going to the dentist in the past. I never had a bad experience with a dentist, but I also never put a dentist appointment high on my priority list until absolutely necessary. That usually involves me being in some sort of pain that was highly preventable. Well, I wish I had know about A+ Family Dentistry and Dr. Doan earlier. I had a surprisingly pleasant experience during all phases of my appointment. From my first contact with the front desk reception, to the helpful insurance liaison, to the actual exam and treatment, and even post treatment follow-up; I felt I was treated like a VIP. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and accommodating. This was hands down the most pleasant dentistry experience I have ever had ... by a country mile. Absolutely great operation overall.
