Dr. Razak graduated from The University of Colorado School of Medicine with a degree in Physical Therapy in 2016 and has been practicing out-patient orthopedics since then. He has worked with a diverse patient background and specializes in differential diagnoses to ensure that you, the patient, are right for physical therapy care prior to treatment. Dr. Razak has been practicing in the Falcon, Peyton and Calhan area for the past nine years including the clinical director of the Falcon Physical Therapy office in Calhan, Colorado. In addition to his physical therapy work, Dr. Razak is a 16-year Air Force veteran who currently works for the Space Force as a Space Operations Officer. The first 11 years of his career was as an enlisted Security Forces and then Space Operations member. His unique background in the military affords him a glimpse into the military demands and he understands the barriers to accessing good care better than most. Why I Do This I’ve seen firsthand the impact that chronic pain and injuries can have on a person’s life. That’s why I do what I do—because I believe that through the right care and treatment, anyone can reclaim their body and their life.
