“I went to Dr. Brown for a second opinion for a possible shoulder injury. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly everything was done so quickly and efficiently, from check-in to tests to consultation. Dr. Brown listened to my injury symptoms, asked questions I hadn't even been asked previously, and helped me make a game plan to get back to 100% sooner than later. He was friendly, personable, and even just chatted/joked with us for a bit while we waited on test results. I would very much recommend Dr. Brown to anyone. ”

All in the office were nice except the First Lady that called me to the back Christina I believe was her name . No greeting, no introduction, I had to ask her how she was doing today and she said trying to get you prepared for Dr. Brown. Anyway thought the visit would be crap because of her, but she was the only bad part.

Great visit I was promptly reminded, and processed (get there early if it’s your first visit since paper work) they took xr rays quickly and the doctor saw me and explained everything promptly.

Dr Brown was so helpful and incredible and I recommend him. I am dealing with unusual problems and he is one of the first doctors who has made me feel like I wasn’t crazy. He actually listened to my problems that I was having as a whole, looked at prior tests and scans and took the time to really help.
Verified patient
An excellent provider - he helped me look at my images to understand my issue and talked through different treatment options in a helpful way.
Verified patient
The process was very efficient. The first nurse assistant came in shortly after I was shown to an examination room and asked a few minutes of questions, then a second nurse showed up within five minutes to take me to the x-ray. Several x-rays of my sore shoulder were completed within five minutes and I was back to the examination room, with Dr. Brown showing up in about five minutes. It’s very seldom you see the doctor that quickly after you get to the examination room. He clearly explained and showed me the x-rays and diagnosed arthritis in my shoulder That contributed to my soreness due to overuse. He clearly explained two options of either a Cortizone shot or one week of taking 4 Aleve per day to reduce the inflammation. I asked a few questions and opted for the Aleve program with a Cortizone shot only if that was unsuccessful. I would definitely go back if my condition does not improve over the next week. ?

Great office great doctor

Highly professional and explain details and outcomes. Diagnostic imaging was completed in the office itself, and got my treatment plan too, all in one visit.

I recently visited Dr. Brown due to an ACL injury. Without a doubt, Dr. Brown has left an indelible mark as one of the finest doctors I have ever encountered. His compassion was palpable from the very first visit, and he attentively listened as I explained my injury. What truly set him apart was his willingness to take time to discuss my options thoroughly. This level of engagement allowed me to make an informed decision about my treatment. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Brown took a moment to personally greet me, instilling a sense of confidence that I was in capable hands. On my follow-up visit 1 week after the surgery, he patiently and with visual aids explained the surgery, using actual images from the procedure to explain the work performed on my knee. As I write this review 5 weeks post-surgery, I am genuinely grateful for Dr. Brown's treatment. If you find yourself in need of a remarkable physician, one who combines expertise with genuine care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Brown.

Thoroughly appreciated not only the professionalism, attention and courtesy of the staff, but as well the professionalism and thoroughness if the doctor. He was attentive and thoroughly communicated his findings and his course of treatment. when I departed I had no questions and felt confident with my examination. Recommendation Indeed!

Excellent
Dr. Taylor is a very compassionate person which makes him a very good doctor. I hate going to see a doctor sick and leave and I'm still sick with no solution on how to fix it. I went in with pain, I left feeling better and still feel better today. And I'm sure he knew I was going to see the doctor he mentioned for my neck, but he gave me the information any way. And then very politely said, call him. that made me think he was concerned with what the X-ray revealed. I like that.
